Job Summary
Boucherville Chrysler, a leading dealership on the South Shore, is seeking an exceptional leader to head our Service Department. We are looking for an experienced individual with unifying leadership skills, capable of mobilizing teams toward excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide unifying leadership to mobilize and support the entire service team (advisors, technicians, support staff).
- Oversee the department's operational structure to maximize efficiency and process flow.
- Ensure rigorous application of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards within the workshop.
- Optimize department profitability by closely monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals and exceed manufacturer standards (Stellantis).
- Manage recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team's technical and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Parts) to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Service Management role within the automotive industry.
- Recognized unifying leadership and a demonstrated ability to build high-performing, engaged teams.
- Highly structured and rigorous work approach.
- Strong knowledge and unwavering commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
- Excellent financial analysis and operational management skills.
- Mastery of workshop management best practices and customer relationship management.
