Boucherville Chrysler is looking for a motivated individual to join our service team. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main link between our customers and the service department, providing excellent customer care and clear technical advice.
- Greet customers and understand their service needs
- Schedule appointments and explain required work
- Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed
- Handle concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:
- Experience in automotive service advising (an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong team spirit and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s licence
