Boucherville Chrysler is looking for a versatile talent to fill a strategic position. We are specifically seeking a candidate with proven experience in both sales sectors (new and pre-owned).

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and defining their needs across our entire inventory;
• Presenting new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM models as well as our extensive range of pre-owned vehicles;
• Conducting test drives and presenting technical specifications;
• Mastering sales conditions, financing options, and contracts;
• Ensuring rigorous CRM follow-up to maximize customer loyalty;
• Participating in lot management and related computer tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Mandatory and proven experience in both sectors: New AND Pre-owned vehicle sales;
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and professionalism;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to perform under pressure and result-oriented;
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written);
• Valid Canadian driver's license (mandatory).
