The first examples of the all-new 2024 Fiat 500e have arrived in Canada. The first batch of these Italian-built vehicles docked in Halifax, Nova Scotia in recent days, and will initially be destined for consumers in Quebec and British Columbia. Representing a new all-electric version of the FIAT brand's most iconic model, the two-door Fiat 500e arrives on the North American market as the first 100% vehicle offering from automotive giant Stellantis.
The Fiat 500e becomes the cheapest electric vehicle on the market
The Fiat 500e is the most affordable electric vehicle for the 2024 model year in Canada, with a starting price of $42,190 ($39,995 MSRP plus surcharges). It maximizes eligibility for government subsidies for electric vehicles, offering up to $5,000 in federal rebates and up to $7,000 in provincial rebates from the Quebec government. Availability will be extended to other provinces as production rates increase.

The new 2024 Fiat 500e is equipped with a 42-kWh battery. This technology enables it to travel up to 227 kilometers on a single charge.
At a fast-charging station, it can regain up to 50 kilometers of range in just 5 minutes. With a Level 2 terminal, range can be increased from 40 to 100% in 2 hours and 40 minutes.

The exterior design of the Fiat 500e La Prima is distinguished by body-color-matched mirror caps and chrome moldings around the windows. The Prima stands out for its exclusive rose-gold tint, while also offering options in Tuxedo Black and Glacier White. Inside, elegance meets comfort with beige eco-leather seats, a soft-touch steering wheel and a dashboard covered in elegant eco-leather.
Fiat claims that La Prima customers will enjoy an exceptional sound experience. Two Italian icons, Cinquecento and Maestro Andrea Bocelli, have joined forces to create a unique package for audiophiles and electric vehicle enthusiasts. La Prima features a 7-speaker JBL amplified audio system, including a subwoofer.
La Prima starts at $47,190 (MSRP $44,995 plus surcharges). This more luxuriously equipped declination of the 2024 Fiat 500e is eligible for $5,000 in federal rebates and $7,000 in provincial rebates.
In short, the 2024 Fiat 500e is now arriving at dealerships in Quebec. In addition to being cute, agile and fun to drive, it becomes the least expensive 100% electric car on the market.
